Enjoyable and thought provoking training that is very relevant to my role and likely future roles

It was useful. I came with experience of chairing, yet still, there was something for all levels and allowed for reflection and checking in on how we do things now and how we may make some adjustments.

Brilliant first 2 days training. It's very interesting to reflect upon yourself and your own preferred styles and traits and how that can be perceived by others and impact how you're received.

too many people for the course. Would benefit from a smaller group with more interaction.

good law course and found slide 22 interesting in how we can strategically align. Could see from other responses in exercises the difference in themes relating with safeguarding children in respect of gangs and physical abuse and more discussion around why would have helped to understand it cultural from a place base or North and South. Interesting adults were the same. F2F would be my preferred as this gives opportunity to discuss some good practice from each area, as we talked about NHSE leading the way as opposed to each provider doing their own.

Great trainer, so knowledgeable and relatable. Gave good examples that were relatable and relevant to practice. Gave good ideas/suggestions on how to integrate information taught into practice. Good mix of people on course.

Really enjoyed the course. very interesting and really useful to get an understanding into different options of deprivations. mainly really liked how it would impact me as a BIA assessor but also understanding the impact within CoP too.
