Engaging, thought provoking. Definitely presented ideas that I'll remember. That being said at times it would have been nice to go more in-depth /explore a bit more thoroughly.

Enjoyable course - trainer very engaged and knowledgeable in the subject and useful materials Only 1 day, but gave a good overview of the negotiation tools that can be applied in the workplace and beyond.

This was a short introductory course put together short notice to cover Mental Capacity work. Fran was very knowable and good communicator. It would have been even better with more discussion, case examples and case studies but I recognise there was limited time.

Going through the document section by section is pretty heavy going but the knowledge and experience of the trainer helped.

Really helped me understand my role in MDT, and how to move forward better and challenge appropriately with guidance.

Great knowledgeable trainer

Day 1 was excellent. Day 2 was good however, a lot of time was spent talking about preparing for court, although interesting it felt protracted and basic for senior professionals; being told we should eat, be organised, sort parking and arrange childcare etc before court. I would rather have spent more time doing case studies to being the legal and regulatory frameworks to life.

Very good session and a useful refresh.

This will be used as I develop in the role and assist with prosecution of offenders identified through the RRFSO2005

Interesting course, engaging with break-out rooms and working through situations with others on a 1:2:1 level however feel it could have been a little pacier at points.
