I had been a UDT/Conflict management trainer whilst in the Police for other 20 years, and I still took away some knowledge from this course. John was engaging and came across as knowing his stuff.

The course was really good, I really enjoyed it, The course materials and organisation are excellent. It was difficult for the trainer to tailor the training to specific roles as all delegates had a different role/worked in a different environment. Some of the more 'investigatory' techniques would not be relevant to my role, however they were really interesting to learn.

Really good and informative training I think use of a case study would be really helpful to apply to the questions/discussions in break out rooms.

I really enjoyed the course, it was very informative and the trainer was very knowledgeable and gave good constructive feedback. I know it is difficult to meet every professionals needs but I would have liked a few more case studies discussed relating to social care, this I feel would have enhanced our learning and would have targeted the audience more.
