Enjoyable and useful course.

Good level of policy, procedure, knowledge and experience used to driver the content.

The course was good due to the trainers experience and knowledge with using real example applied to session plan.

I did struggle with all of the acronyms

Good course but quite intense. Not a fault of the course but not all very relevant to my role. NRW has many different arms and they do not all carry out the same function, and so more tailored courses might be of more benefit.

The witness statement writing part was very useful and interesting. I found this very helpful and will assist me in helping my officers on how to write statements and reports.

A good, detailed course. a lot of content though and may have been easier to do face to face

Very informative training that I will be able to apply to my practise going forward.

I have completed change management training but this was a very good refresher on communication
