Great course instructor who was so interesting esp drawing on his personal experience. The course was interesting although probabaly not as relevant to my role as a complaints investigator.

The trainer was excellent and made the two days engaging, giving real life examples and situations. We managed to cover a lot in the two days and achieved the objectives which were set out. The course content and the case study felt a bit more geared towards police interviews than PPO interviews. I thought the case study may have been more relevant if this had been an interview with a prison officer.

Hard to get examples of what we might be called to court for but good overall view of processes and procedures

it was unfortunate to get the reading material a day before the course and as i had to chase Bond Solon who said they had emailed last month so i am not too sure why the non receipt happened at the FSA end but we received it.

I was hoping to feel more relaxed about going to court which isn't necessarily the case however this is probably more down to the process than the training. We need to know what to expect so in that way was good.

The course was well delivered and and Tim was very good in engaging people and also doing the roleplay. The course content was informative but possibly could have more clearer diagrams and a bit more explanation on how to probe and micro probe.

The course was engaging, with a variety of tips and presentation styles that kept my attention. Assertiveness stood out as an area to be more mindful of. Revisiting the Parent-Child model was a helpful reminder, and the course included plenty of useful references.

A mixture of cases to demonstrate both commercial and medicolegal cases would have been better. Course exercise with a medicolegal case would have been good. including some videos of real time cases where experts made errors or did not follow procedures would have highlighted those key obligations.
