I found the Accident and Investigation course to be challenging, informative and engaging so far. Richard Jones was absolutely brilliant—demonstrating excellent explanation and communication skills throughout. He ensured we understood the topics of this session, making it clear and relatable through descriptive examples, and the delivery was both structured and accessible. He also encouraged active participation, ensuring that group work and pair exercises were inclusive as much as possible despite a few obstructions which was brilliant of him. This approach helped reinforce the learning and kept the sessions interactive and engaging. Overall, a very well-delivered course that significantly enhanced my understanding of accident investigation processes.

A good refresher for the similar course that we did before. The importance of treating TPs as individuals and to adapt to each call. Provided an expanded tool box to use in future calls.

nice course, difficult subject, thought intros was maybe a little long, given it was an authority, where we can see what peoples roles are already and a knowledge of the area

Stephanie was very knowledgeable and provided a great course considering the time restraints. There is a lot of content to fit in which is tough on candidates. Some elements of the Bond Solon resources were hard to keep track of using a single laptop screen. Maybe advise using two screens in joining instructions.
