Very good, extensive and comprehensive course. I gave 4 stars because some of the material was maybe too intricate, giving the impression of a “safety course for dummies” type of approach. Maybe that is what the course aims to achieve, but overall very helpful and informative.

I took more from this course than I expected.

It was a very interactive , educative course . It felt more like a conversation , with notes of course . Learnt a lot about the internal processes of our business and the other departments as a whole .HACCp seemed so far fetched from my department until this course ! Really enjoyed it .
