The course was great but I think a little bit more energy and understanding we need people to buy in at the start . The facilitators are excellent in lean knowledge but could use their facilitators skills more to bring the late adopters on the journey too

It was asked on the second day, if we had a question, if we didn't understand something, or would like to know something, and he said he was taking notes to answer on the last day, but it didn't happen. After the mean break on day two, we went too fast into the subjects, and some slides were not checked. It was said to us that we would receive more material at the end because there was some material that the instructor showed, read, explained, and we didn't have access to, and sometimes I got lost, but there is no material to check what is going on. A part of that was very good. Thanks.

Course very complete, with examples and exercises to apply the contents of the course.
