It was a very good course and Gerry was very knowledgeable on the topic. He was readily available to answer questions at any time and ensured that everyone had a good understanding of the sections before progression. It was very helpful to have him on hand during the breakout sessions where he would check in so that he could address any questions we had while completing the task. the feed back received during the auditing exercise was very beneficial and helped to depend my understanding of how to perform an effect audit.

Really enjoyed the day and its a good sign when it did not feel like the day was dragging.

The course was useful and covered all the elements I expected and wanted. Clarified some grey areas for me where reading alone was not enough

I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed the course , I felt so comfortable in any comments or any opinions I had and I also had no issues in raising any questions I had. I will definitely be putting to good use everything that I have learned and would highly recommend this course to everybody. I hope I can do more courses like this n the future.
