Before this Food Defence training, I didn’t know much about food defence or how important it is in keeping food safe. The training was very informative and helped me understand the different risks and threats that can affect food safety. I learned a lot of new information and now have a better understanding of my responsibilities when it comes to protecting food from intentional contamination. Overall, I found the training very useful and educational.
Denis went through a lot of content and was very interactive and kept it interesting
Denis really helped and made me understand any parts of the course i was confused with and broke it down to help me understand.
The training was really informative and connected some of the missing links in my mind when it comes to using stats in validation protocols (especially in relation to devices that are destroyed during testing)
