There were some parts of the handbook print out that weren't used. Maybe there should be a version to match the session plan? Having the session via zoom made the session a bit oddly paced with delays in answers.

A lot of good examples, based on that I can improve my work.

Very good course. I have done many courses through SQT and always very happy with them. Elizabeth was brilliant and the interactive piece with exercises helps to break up the course as well as see some real life examples.
