Denis was brilliant. Energetic. Great use of interaction and an ability to give examples to make it simple. Great way of always returning back to the main points of focus and key learning while still moving further into the process of auditing. Made sure we could understand and draw the HACCP system.

I felt the course tutor Denis was very engaging. He made the topics of HACCP and doing audits very interesting and was very clear in the information he was giving us. As a result I have a much better understanding of HACCP and what to look for when doing an audit.

Very good course. Very well run with good information and examples provided throughout. Found it has definitely improved my knowledge of ISO 14001 internal auditing.
