Excellent presentation and very knowledgeable.
extremely disappointed. it felt like a full day wasted. participants did not send feedback as they were concerned it wouldn't be professional to send negative comments.
Ann Marie was very good at presenting the course and interacting with the participants.

bring more examples of reality, read regulations we know how to read
Instructor was very Knowledgeable in the subject, but I had a poor experience due to the online video portal and as the course is not face to face, the rough work needs to be added to proper slides. Marker on a whiteboard in a classroom would be ok too, but the online sketch too is terrible.
