There were some parts of the handbook print out that weren't used. Maybe there should be a version to match the session plan? Having the session via zoom made the session a bit oddly paced with delays in answers.

The course covered all the material / details I expected

Very informative information on the set up of an audit and steps to carry out the audit. I think the examples/exercises could be improved. Also the info initialy supplied was not correct, although it was sorted by the tutor. . This is important detail. I lost volume in the concluding section and did not hear some of the presentation.

Very informative! Given me food for thought how to bring our processes up to date. Found it a bit over whelming trying to understand all the terminology/calculations, maths wasn't my best subject at school. Didn't realise it was all based on the Calibration paperwork/ certificates. My boss who booked us on the course thought it was also going to show you how to calibrate/ read equipment i.e. Verniers, micrometer, Bore mics etc.

Very good interaction/ engagement - a lot of information to run through over two days. Great learnings received.
