Very informative and a great overview of the topic

The course was very good to go over the general information of the quality, environmental and health and safety standards.

There were some parts of the handbook print out that weren't used. Maybe there should be a version to match the session plan? Having the session via zoom made the session a bit oddly paced with delays in answers.

The course covered all the material / details I expected

Very informative information on the set up of an audit and steps to carry out the audit. I think the examples/exercises could be improved. Also the info initialy supplied was not correct, although it was sorted by the tutor. . This is important detail. I lost volume in the concluding section and did not hear some of the presentation.

Very good , well presented and very easy to understand, enjoyable

The course content was really good and structured but they was time constraints to go through all sections.
