Very good course, well structured and paced well.

More clarity on HACCP and how to approach the study at process steps and the structure of evaluating the hazards and risks.

Good course, would have helped to have some more exercises more regularly throughout the course. A higher level, concise strategy for approaching M&V project for those not familiar with the area would have ben useful, such as a full sample report.

Very infomative. Good to realise the importance of PRPs. Engaging way of bringing the story.

The course is well given, but I don't understand the misalignment between what the course is teaching and how the view of the quality director as well as global is. Therefore I don't see the added value of the course
