AI summary of reviews

Practical, confidence-building teaching is the provider’s clearest strength: attendees consistently praise knowledgeable, patient and personable trainers who explain clearly, use real-life scenarios and keep groups involved. They value the strong blend of theory, demonstrations and hands-on practice, which makes learning memorable and builds confidence to respond at work and in everyday emergencies. Courses are generally well paced and supportive, although some attendees report occasional issues with pre-course communication, online systems or certificates.

I found the course informative and modern approach very helpful indeed. As a self employed person paying for the course from my own buisness funds I thought the information was of great value. Regards Rob

Online Computer based training was tedious and following completion of the course the certificate was not available, I reported this but it wasnt resolved so I had to attend the course with my laptop open on the training page to prove that it had been completed. I have since completed the course including the practical side and a certificate is supposed to be available.. Oh surprise, no certificate for this either. If I log into mygcg from my works machine I can log in and view my course but not see any certificates and if I log in from my mobile or any other device I get a message stating that I am using the wrong username and password ( even though it is the exact username/password combo that I use from my works machine to log in). I attempted to try the change password from the "my profile" page but just get a blank error 404 message and if I use a "Forgot password" option I get the same error 404. Therefore I have logged in successfully - done the mandatory training and completed the course and the exams whilst being logged on successfully but yet I am unable to retrieve my certificates as my password is invalid (even when I'm logged on from my works machine) . A total and utter farce. In 2025 this should not be such an issue. Pathetic.

The course was indeed really good and described perfectly by the instructor, but the parking at the venue was night-mare. If you could send parking instruction in the confirmation email, it would be great for future participants
