Well delivered and concise

Not a fan of e-learning TBH. Kept dropping out of internet...not your fault I expect

Ross was really personable and instantly made me feel at ease. Excellent content and delivered very well. Slides were excellent, as were the emailed resources. SHOUT in particular is one that I was not aware of and could be really useful for the children/young people in our care. Simon and Joni worked well together and their personalities complimented each other on teaching a very real everyday complex subject. It truly has been a wonderful course and has provided me deeper insight and understanding of some difficult conditions, which during the current situation with the pandemic of COVID-19 are becoming more and more visible.

Great course. Really very well run with the right amount of learning and interaction. Really enjoyed it and feel empowered to be able to support people, and do so in the right way. Thank you very much. I would really recommend this to anyone.

Very informative course, engaging (virtually is always much harder than classroom based), clear and enjoyable even though tough topics. Simon and Joni explained things clearly and in a thought provoking way.
