Really good webinar. Pace was great. Graphics you spoke to were visual and engaging (no death by PowerPoint here!) I really like how you engaged with attendees over the chat, and explored these comments.
Very informative and professional trainer
Ross Abbott and Simon Nichols were brilliant trainers. Very down to earth and made you feel very welcome and at ease. They made it a safe space and never insisted on participation if you didn't feel comfortable. They continually ensured that everyone was OK and checked in. Can't rate them highly enough.
Very good refresher course, David an excellent trainer. An eye opener into how dangerous fire is and how critical the fire warden role is.

I completed the MH awareness course several months ago and it made me want to learn more to help with job supporting families, my role as a line manager and also on a personal level. I found both the course and the trainers very helpful, informative and there was lots of opportunities to ask questions and clarify information.
