This is difficult - the course was great hence my first 5/5 score but the online format was not good! I don't think this course should be run on line - like the physical first aid training this really needs to be in person.

Great delivery of course, only comment is around the videos which seemed to echo - apart from that all good.

Tim the instructor was slow , methodical and very clear at each stage of the course!! He took the time not just give statistics, but the real cost of not just financially how it hits the company but the personal cost. Thank you for a greater understanding of all of the above.
