Reuben was extremely professional in how he taught the course material. Kept the entire course engaged and was interactive with us all. The course had some minor changes in procedures that are yet to be updated on the slides (likely due to how recent these changes have been made), but Reuben was able to convey the most up-to-date information with the class and ensured that everyone was understanding.
Excellent course, it was a delight to be trained by Ruben, his knowledge was outstanding.

I have previously attended this course when you got a 1st aid manual, I found this better than carrying out the digital assessment online. Its useful to have something to refer back to.
