The course would have been better face to face but David delivered the course very professionally. I learnt a lot and it was a good refresher. It was good to learn about new products. I especially enjoyed the practical video on getti g a patient off the floor.

This course has provide the tools to deal with any first aid incidences. Will be useful in all aspects of my life. The trainer was knowledgeable and very supportive dispelling many urban myths.
