Course was excellent jack was great made learning easy but I think the question need to be looked at as to the way they are worded

Excellent course, very professional knowable trainer making the course fun, friendly and enjoyable to be part of, like most of us I've been on similar courses in the past but this was by far the best.

Only down side was the ongoing covid restrictions for some of the practical parts of the course

Well prepared

I thought it was well presented and paced. As an experienced first aider I thought being a non practical online course was fine, if you were new to it, I am not sure it would give the confidence you need in a real situation.
