The course was very insightful and I feel more confident knowing that my team who are dealing with front line calls and emails, are more equipped with the conversational tools and signposting to deal with these difficult situations. I would have liked more breakout rooms, to engage with the team, provide more opportunity to sense check how they are all handling the course as it is an emotive subject.Response : Leeanne, thank you for taking the time to leave such positive and detailed feedback. Although, I am not a customer facing member of staff, I found the course really engaging , it certainly gave me the tools and confidence to use some of the techniques discussed in the session, to help customers/ colleagues & people in general, to achieve the best possible results.
