Really enjoyed this session and all the interactions and views from others

Overall great; I already knew a lot of the topics discussed but it was good to refresh and deep dive on them.

Very engaging, had some great discussions and I think this was in large part down to the presenters natural charisma & skill in provoking thoughtful reflection and discussion from the group

I really enjoy Helen's sessions she is full of enthusiasm makes the sessions fun.

I enjoyed the day and thought the format worked well.
