Today wasn't a great day personally, I have lost confidence in my ability to stretch and understand, but felt the need to dig and keep going. The trainer delivered the course really well and I was engaged from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and I felt his examples were really good alongside the slides at embedding some of the learning.
