It was informative and stimulating; the balance between break rooms and group sessions was good. I knew some of the theory, but old and new models were useful as it got me thinking of practical service design projects I have in my job.
The day was very well structured and examples gave required thinking which can be directly applied to my project

My day was pleasant. The workshop was very informative and engaging.
Really good session, Richard has been excellent and kept us all engaged throughout. One thing that I loved is how Richard joined the breakout rooms just to ensure we understood the task and engaged openly in discussions - was really refreshing and so far I don't think any other person has done so. Thank you :)
The workshop was informative and engaging. It helped me understand how organisations use data to support strategic decision-making and why the quality, accuracy and relevance of data are important. The breakout activities were particularly useful as they allowed me to apply the theory to real workplace examples.
