As ever, the trainer we had was super knowledgeable and delivered the session with enthusiasm that lasted throughout the whole day! They provided space for us to develop our skills/knowledge and then supported this with helpful reflection, insights and encouragement - leaving us all feeling positive about the next steps on the course. Excellent last module very interactive and interesting

Great fun, engaging and informative session run by Emma. Really helped me understand the difference between mentoring and coaching and how to share my knowledge and experience with the mentee without being directive. Also gave me a lot to think about in terms of my organisational context and its readiness for coaching.
