A lot to think about today, I especially found the looking at the Gibb's model in relation to coaching very interesting, I have used the Gibb's model for delivering training but looking at from the perspective of a coach and a coachee gave me a lot to think about.
Enjoyed the workshop and the discussion with the group.
Time to learn, time to discuss as learners and time to feedback was provide which gave me a clear understanding
