I found the session today to be very engaging and informative, and feel like I learnt some great tools that can be used as I develop my coaching skills
It was really a great workshop, lots of learning and Jason encouraged engagement during the session. He was very knowledgeable in the subject and gave lots of examples.
Really interesting descriptions of models and approaches. Would have liked one or two more break out groups as I feel these are useful for discussion which supports embedding the learning from the session.
I enjoyed this workshop the best as this was more about me as a manager
A lot to think about today, I especially found the looking at the Gibb's model in relation to coaching very interesting, I have used the Gibb's model for delivering training but looking at from the perspective of a coach and a coachee gave me a lot to think about.
Enjoyed the workshop and the discussion with the group.
