I found the course really useful. I will definitely use the tips. It reminded me that I am already doing some of these things unconsciously so great to know that it's useful. I think Emma is an excellent facilitator, particularly as it is more difficult to deliver training virtually. I look forward to doing the course face to face when the situation improves.
It was pitched just right, not too simplistic but not too highly theoretical. It was clearly explained and went at a good pace. I was already aware of a lot of the concepts but found it a valuable reminder/refresher and will definitely be more aware of my stress bucket and how to empty it. I wasn’t so aware of the importance of REM sleep in processing and emptying our stress bucket and will find out more about this from the website. I hope to also be able to explain and use the ideas from this in relationships at home and at work. Thank you
The content of the course was good, interesting and very use full. The course was delivered really well, at the right speed and it was the right length. The Wellness Action Plan will be really helpful along with the remainder to put your own mask on first. Thank you.
