It would be really nice to have more interaction directly with participants - perhaps breakout sessions with small groups to discus various topics. I know this is a technical issue rather than delivery style, which is very good given the constraints. I'm not sure whether it would be possible, but I think it would enhance training and also give people the chance to talk to others outside their normal work teams.
