This was a very informative course and I enjoyed listening as much as I did on the Mental Health Training. It was good to be able to focus just on sleep.

It was very useful and very well explained. it would have been even better if the session had lasted 30 minutes more. For the next session on anxiety, it would be ideal to have 1.5 hours as anxiety affects so many of us
