I enjoyed it. Think it was good to have 2 facilitators as good contrast. I liked the science and I think a little more about facts and figures re mental health and also reference to further guidance maybe. Overall, a good introduction.

Great course to start to introduce the topic of mental health and most importantly what steps we an take to improve our own mental health. Was not aware this was condensed, might be difficult to prioritise more time.

A lot was put into the content of the course and was a lot to take in, but I found it very interesting. I will certainly take away a lot from the session and try some of the examples. It was my first time of using Zoom and the sharing of the screens was very good.
