I would highly recommend, and strongly suggest providing student with paper resources they can take notes and highlight the subject matter being covered as the instructor teaches. I believe that would benefit many students. I learn very well in a virtual setting, however, I am a visual learner. Therefore, having tangible resources is so very helpful. Again, I'll reiterate, providing books, handheld resources to students would be extremely beneficial and helpful. Thank you.

Great course , just need a better platform when it comes to the testing environment in boson as it only support windows PC , doesn't support my MacBook Pro or even other OS like linux and Chromebook.

Not really happy

I appreciate having an instructor that allows an interactive learning approach. I think there were a number of side tracks that derailed covering all the domains effectively. It very well could be that the better choice would be to make this a longer course to allow for individuals to inquire about specific content.

A lot of information for a such a short period of time. As someone with no IT experience my study hours were longer than class time. I'd recommend questioning students if they have experience in IT and separate them from others who have experience.

The Eric and Erik are very knowledgeable and are a good team.
