Make the course longer. Don't over-exaggerate about how students who finish with these courses will have a job in no time, studying for these certification exams takes several, several days and hours to prepare for. I started with ACI in January and have only two of the six certifications I desire. I've been applying to jobs for weeks since I obtained my A+ and still no such luck.

The slides material is extremely poor in content and demonstration. The following link has a superb method that excels by far from ITvPro and the slides contents, (https://www.youtube.com/c/PracticalNetworking). It is not about endorsing one particular venue, company or individual.

Mr. Shuja was awesome! The delivery of the ITIL instruction of was flawless. He is the main reason I understood and passed ITIL. The way he explained everything and answered our questions made it beneficial for my learning. I would definitely recommend him for future course instruction.
