Thanks for the extended course information to study for certificates.

A little advanced for learners with no IT experience. Most of the other students have experience in IT, so I'm sure they found this easier. Would've appreciated more of a heads up about what basics I should know before taking this course

We enjoyed working with Jeff. He broke down and explained the material in an easy to digest/absorb manner. He did his best to answer our questions, and for the inquiries where he did not have expertise, he either researched it for us or provided what he could. We look forward to working with ACI and Jeff in the future.

The overall course was great. There were some good topic; however, I wished that the examples that were used was more relatable to what we do.

Please don't allow Stephen Bennett to instruct again. He doesn't do good at it. Its not his calling, and I know more about his "20 years in the Navy" than I do CompTia A+ 1002.

Make sure your instructors are up to date on the course and know how to operate all resources that come with this course and not just read slide all night, I could get this same level of understanding from YouTube for free!!

This was a thorough and streamlined course flow, breaking down the material into practical and relatable content. Mr. John Brown made for an engaging and outstanding instructor, readily handling queries and offering assistance to all. Outstanding experience, and a win for all involved.
