Very useful training materials, well structured and delivered at the right level. i would suggest that the material can be further enhanced by demonstrating how data analytics can be performed for control effectiveness testing, rather than for sampling purposes and risk-scoring transactions as was the flavour on the day.Response : Dear Vivek. Great overall, I just would have done maybe 1 day of getting through all the relevant technology and cut down on the history of the tech. That stuff is interesting, but won't help a ton in actual work. Then the next 2 days could have been focused on controls and how to test them (i.e., testing programs, tips & tricks, what to watch out for, etc.), which is really what the bulk of the course should be on.Response : Thank you for your feedback, and your suggestion. This course is recommended for the non IT auditors. We learnt about data analytics with any tools, simple tools and sophisticated tools. Great training to get a start in IT audit, be able to communicate and follow IT auditors and get to know the main technical aspects. Personally, I especially apppreciated day 2 and 3 with the more technical aspects explanations, rather than the more general auditing technique aspects which I am supposed to know more or less already as auditor.Response : Dear Pieterjan Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback comments.
