Hi, I felt this could be a three day course. As we went through the case studies the activities/tasks went faster and fast and items were skipped.Response : Thank you for the valuable feedback that you have provided. We appreciate the suggestion of making the course another day longer. This is something that we can review and compare to other feedback on the course. Hopefully you were able to get some good information out of the class.

Dr. Murdock was excellent as was the program. The exceptions were: no feedback/responses from the participants, the slides had a lot of narrative and very little graphics. More examples would have been helpful.

The program was really helpful to highlight the most important risks and audit area to look for in the oil and gas industry. I thought it I’ll be a little more focus on technical and operational audits like actually auditing maintenance and plant efficiency but it had also topics like contractors and project management that highlights areas I was not aware of. So overall it met my objectives. One thing they should about changing is the length of the day. 8 hours which is 9 to 5 is too long and you are tired by the end of the day and can’t concentrate. The hours should be shorter.Response : Dear Haya. Thank you for your time to provide this feedback. Denise has already taken onboard your comments for the next iteration of this course in 2020 and we are glad that the additional elements were useful. I do agree on your point regarding the length of the training day. We have some constraints regarding the CPE certification that comes with the course and therefore the required hours of learning but I would like to work with the trainers on this point.
