Very useful training materials, well structured and delivered at the right level. i would suggest that the material can be further enhanced by demonstrating how data analytics can be performed for control effectiveness testing, rather than for sampling purposes and risk-scoring transactions as was the flavour on the day.Response : Dear Vivek. Great overall, I just would have done maybe 1 day of getting through all the relevant technology and cut down on the history of the tech. That stuff is interesting, but won't help a ton in actual work. Then the next 2 days could have been focused on controls and how to test them (i.e., testing programs, tips & tricks, what to watch out for, etc.), which is really what the bulk of the course should be on.Response : Thank you for your feedback, and your suggestion. This course is recommended for the non IT auditors. We learnt about data analytics with any tools, simple tools and sophisticated tools.
