I found the course to be really interesting and useful. Simon was a great trainer, very engaging, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. The approach was different from other courses I have done in the past. There was more role play, more challenging thinking required, and used the slides and workbook only for reference, which I found excellent.

Great course, all topics covered were not only relevant but already proving to be useful to what I do on a daily basis. Simon was very knowledgeable and had an easy manner about him, making for an enjoyable training experience. Always openly offering his advice on scenarios that came up.

Simon is fantastic! Very engaging, and encouraged the whole group to participate. Allowing thought provoking conversation to happen. The content itself for me was pretty beginner and a lot of time spent on subject matter I am confident already in and would have liked to delve deeper into the consultative selling aspect with more relation into our sector. That being said it was valued refresher and reminder, providing a great start to the year
