Lots to think about and add in to practise. Couple elements didn’t hit me personally as hard as others, but overall it was useful.

The course was so insightful and allowed me to get under the skin of my teams disc profiles. I have a lot better understanding of what motivates them individually and the profile of our team in general. This is actionable insight that i will take into my communication with the team.
I took the one to one section course of “Selling through distributors”. Patrick is great trainer and gave me lots of inspiring and practical ideas and suggestions to manage the distributors. It is very helpful for us. I like this course overall.
Good training but maybe too much two days. Maybe one day is enough. But I have to say I learned few new things
