Engaging course that has left me with a multitude of approaches to be a better influencer and communicator. The coach was brilliant - kind, adaptable, and sensitive to the dynamics in the room. I'd recommend to everybody who needs to communicate to some degree in their role.

A comprehensive course on influencing and communicating
