Very happy with course content and trainer. Felt my voice was heard.
Information was very clearly presented. Thanks Anna
It was very good. She got me to think it a different way. It wasn’t just a moaning session about what the company hasn’t done for us. It’s a two way street and it’s also what what we can differently with in the company to make things better.
Very interesting day, learned new information and a good refresher on previous knowledge. Also appreciated the opportunity to talk with colleagues and hear their different perspectives and experiences. Thank you.
Very relevant good content made everybody feel at ease
Very well delivered and thorough course. Provided personal tips throughout
I found the course very engaging and Eric was an excellent and very knowledgable presenter of the course material. I will definitely use some of the material and technique’s included.
Loved the practical element with the planes. Don’t see the clear applications to our structure and our units yet, but ready to apply further next time.
