The trainer clearly knew the topic but I don’t think the structure of the day worked for me as wanted more time to explore the changes we are going through. Karen - it would be great to have space to build on this to discuss more real issues/examples we are dealing with
David is an excellent facilitator and presenter. He breaks down the content very well, with a great mix of activities and engagement.
