Good course. May not be of use in Full for my day to day workings but found it very well. Presentented and definitely have takings from it

Very well presented, David was very engaging and a strong communicator. He brought the theory to life with real life examples from his experience. The content was theory heavy and technical at times. The group sessions were engaging and fun. Overall, a very good course but could be improved by less theory if possible

I would love to receive a printout of the powerpoint slides at the start of the course so I could add notes to the slides during the course.

Came to the course feeling like a tech nerd, but quickly realised I have been asleep to the development of most of these AI tools. Really enjoyed the introduction to these tools - which was taught in a friendly and interactive way. There is simply so much to learn, but at least now I have so many links to make all aspects of AI readily accessible, and continue learning how to apply them to my needs.

A refreshing and insightful walk through personality types and negotiation fundamentals. Good ratio of practicals bringing the team members to think on their feet. If I could wish for more: I would love to have a little more of the role play content on difficult conversations I think would would allow us to see and gain even more from the whole experience .

Ann is a good presenter. She covered all topics with live examples which really helped in getting a full understanding.
