Ann is a lady, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Would have liked more on the reflection section on the survey analysis. Time well spent. Enjoyed the in-person session.

Trainer was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the course could do with being more interactive. It’s a lot of being talked at. For example use mentimeter/poll feature in zoom the knowledge test.

Thanks for the course, Shaun was great! It was probably a bit advanced in some areas for myself but it will be very useful & I'm sure it will all make sense when I start using it for my work.
