It was a good session, but I would have preferred to have seen strategies and role-plays of beneficial feedback to use in an FE environment. It was based primarily on research, so there was not a lot that I could physically take away.

Really good, engaging course. Some repackaging of familiar concepts e.g. Cold Calling/Wait Times (formerly Pose-Poise-Pounce), but some really useful and practical takeaways e.g. Interleaving & Pre-Questioning
