Dea's explanations were great, I just missed a bit more time to practice the holds.Response : Hi Constanza, I'm glad you found the training good and Dea's explanations great. We always say that it is important to continue to practice physical skills with colleagues after the training to ensure you can recall them, so you can ensure this practice continues after the initial training

The course was very informative and productive I learnt many different things that I can implement in work when working with young people.

The course was very much useful to me because the trainer emphasized on how much we should ask ourselves why are the service user behaving in a certain. Seeing the reason why would help understand what they going through and react in a caring way to keep them safe. I learnt the possible ways to de-escalate the service user back to their baseline. It was a wonderful experience learning this course.

Course could have contained some stuff about communication and processing time with regards to PBS as I feel like that is overlooked but otherwise really informative and have enjoyed Sherwood courses in the past
