I would say the training was fine and there were minutes breaks to get some rest and get back to it again. Overall I would say everything was a success and I believe I have learnt enough and gained the skill and knowledge needed.

Good insight on information about past when restraints is used unfairly. Helpful to know that if we need to use them then we definitely know how to do the restraints
