This is a good course with sound basic skills for dealing with aggressive behaviour. I found it difficult to understand the relevance for my role but you never know !

Trainer was fantastic, she delivered the training in a way that everyone could easily understand and was attentive to everyone's individual needs.

Very good training. Feel programme could include more around older people and their health needs which will usually be a significant factor.

Good course, lots of useful information and visuals. Good amount of practical work with plenty of time to go over things if unsure. Knowledgeable and experienced trainer
