Enjoyable, interactive and kept fun

The first day needed to be more interactive. Fiona, warmed up the second day and was great!

First time into care and the course was brilliant and our instructor was great. No complaints from me.

Good training very informative by trainer. Room cold and maybe provide lunch. Certificate should be given to learners as we pay for it
