One star less because some of the content on the slideshows was different to the booklet provided, which made it difficult to follow sometimes. However the actual content was useful and educational.

I personally struggle learning through slides and someone talking at me. However we were all involved through stories and questions and the booklet is good!

Was easy for me too learn at it was made fun and interesting with different activities rather than just copying off a board or out of a textbook

Very good course and trainer. Trainer was prepared to discuss real world issues and apply guidelines to support our future decision making. Trainers are willing to provide further support to discuss further issues that may arise as well.

I feel there could have been more use of visual aids for the theory aspect of the course. Excellent demonstrations and help with techniques.
