Excellent course delivery. Understood every bit of the training It was theoretical and practical The trainer (Linsey ward) interacted well. It was fun and engaging. The breaking techniques was well carried out. She also outlined what influences challenging behavior such as life experience(upbringing), Race, culture etc. She spoke about STEPS S-Space T- Touching E-eye contact P- posture S-speech. It was quite engaging.Response : Hi Oluwatosin. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the course delivery excellent and that Linsey’s approach made the session engaging and enjoyable. It’s great to know that both the theoretical and practical elements, including the breaking techniques and STEPS framework, supported your understanding of PBS and the factors that can influence people’s behaviour.
