Very good course , refreshed my memory on some techniques i had forgotten. I feel this training will support me in my role. Linsey is a very good trainer , she always makes me feel really comfortable during training and is patient with me
The trainer was very knowledgeable, it was nice to be able to refresh my knowledge on break away techniques and left me feeling confident on using the techniques the correct way within my work place when needed.
