The trainer was very knowledgeable, it was nice to be able to refresh my knowledge on break away techniques and left me feeling confident on using the techniques the correct way within my work place when needed.
The training was informative it will hep me on my day to day activities at work .The trainer was very good and clear in her explaining ,demonstrations and examples
