Fun interactive training I honestly could’ve stayed a few more hours. Could really relate to a lot of things said especially when thinking about perceptions and why people judge my child when she’s having an autistic meltdown. I have learnt I will judge people regardless it is natural and human instinct but it’s what I do after that really matters and I feel I can competently descalate a patient when something has triggered them from their usual baseline. Also Ben is fabulous, friendly and approachable and made the day extremely enjoyable
