Todays course has been extremely informative, Ben gave everyone the opportunity to share there views and was not judgemental of any opinions. The course has helped me to look at my own behaviours and the way I perceive others. It has helped me to realise that there is always a reason for behaviour and tips on de-escalation

This course was absolutely fantastic. It opened my eyes to understand why people behave in certain ways. It was interesting to learn that behaviours that staff fund concerning is a way of communication. I recalled some behaviours I had to deal with supporting people with autism and learning disability and I learned why and wished I learned sooner. I am excited to put all my learning to use going forward. The trainer Ben was a great facilitator and made learning so much fun
Response : Hello Beatrice, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It's incredible to hear how the course has provided such valuable insight into behaviour as a form of communication. Understanding the reasons behind certain behaviours can be truly eye-opening, especially when supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Your enthusiasm for applying what you've learned is inspiring, and I'm sure it will make a meaningful difference in your approach moving forward. I'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Ben - he'll be delighted to hear that his training made such a positive impact.
