Ben has been incredibly engaging and the course content has been really interesting and relatable to our roles within the NHS. Although some of the information give has been something I have been aware of it has been good to have those thoughts validated and to be able to share the experience with my colleagues has been rewarding. I’m certainly interested in attending the second day. The use of evidence base and his own experiences has made today a turkey engaging course - which is not always the case!
